Frequencies
1. Local freq is best
2. RCO (Remote Communications Outlet) 122.2
3. When an "R" is after the VOR freq, FSS can only
receive on that freq (122.1R). So pilots transmit on that frequency and
listen on the VOR freq.
4. Address them as "Radio"
