Joe flys his kitfox, and started his RV9A in 2000.  He hopes to have it finished this year.  It is top quality workmanship (probably due to Jan's help).

• What are you building? -- RV-9A
• When did you start/finish? -- Early 2001 -- finishing year end 2008 (God willing)
• What’s the most fun part of building? -- The non-standard items (running wiring, brake lines, fuel lines, instrument panel layout
• What’s the most difficult part of building? -- Fiberglass and sanding, sanding, sanding...
• What’s the most time-consuming part of building? -- Fiberglass layups and waiting for the expoy setup
• About how many hours/years have you spent on building? -- 7 years (lowest priority after family activities)
• About how much will the project cost in dollars? -- About 1/3 more than Van's indicated it would be!
